Mobi is seeking to bring trip planning technology to the B2B world.

The company’s solutions target the whole travel vertical from travel agents to airlines, hotels, cruise companies and travel management companies.

Mobi’s Agent for Agents technology helps travel agents reduce the time taken to put a trip together and enables the agent to focus on building a relationship with the customer.

Its Agent product integrates into the website or mobile channel of travel suppliers and enables consumers to build their trip.

During the Launch competition at The Phocuswright Conference , CEO Anna Jaffe shares the company’s journey so far and how it wants to solve the “hardest human-centric planning problem in the world.”

Later in the PhocusWire studio, Jaffe talks to PhocusWire senior reporter Linda Fox about her view of artificial intelligence and why Mobi rarely says it uses AI.
