BeRightBack is a subscription platform for short trips to European destinations. The system creates itineraries for subscribers based on their preferences such as type of trip, destinations and preferred airports and times. In response to COVID, the company has also launched a staycation product.

Goals for 2021

Whilst the Covid-19 pandemic had a devastating impact on the travel and hospitality industry, our subscription model has allowed us to navigate the crisis relatively well. We have also used this time wisely to refocus our product strategy and optimize our supply-side in order to be ready for the perked-up demand we expect to see in 2021.

Our strategic goals for 2021 are focused around 3 core areas: 1) the automation of our supply-side through our technology stack to cluster customers based on their travel preferences and match them to the best travel packages, 2) the optimization of our hotel and airline relationships to drive product quality and margins and 3) the growth of the business in the UK market ahead of our international expansion.
