Singapore-based Mystifly offers a suite of solutions to streamline airline distribution, fulfillment and payments.

Rajeev Kumar founded the company in 2009 and now serves as managing director and CEO.

Mystifly provides B2B solutions related to airline search and retailing, order management, revenue and channel management, payments and post-booking management.

The company works with more than 700 airlines of all types and its customers include online travel agencies, travel management companies, wholesalers, loyalty and concierge businesses, travel agencies and more.

At The Phocuswright Conference , founder, Mystifly founder, CEO and managing director Rajeev Kumar explained the company’s Azygos platform., a multi-source airline retailing SaaS solution to make it easy to launch, scale and build a travel business.

Kumar argues the airline industry is undergoing a “tectonic shift” that is making integrations, channel management and revenue management both complicated and expensive. But using Azygos, he says, customers can easily create a rich retailing experience that drives increased revenue.

After the conference, Kumar spoke to PhocusWire editor in chief Mitra Sorrells to explain more about the solution including why it is particularly relevant today and how it differs from competitors.
