FutureStay is aimed at simplifying bookings, guests and marketing for independent vacation rental entrepreneurs.

Its end-to-end management platform handles automatic bookings, invoicing, payments and connections to global rental networks such as Airbnb and HomeAway.

Goals for 2020

"The strategy is to deliver a 100% plug-and-play infrastructure for private accommodations.

"Futurestay is targeting $250 million per year in gross bookings automated by the end of 2020, up from over $100 million per year today.

"We're partnering with select hardware and services to deliver a solution that simply works, without the complexity of a marketplace.

"Currently acquiring 3,200 new properties a month. In 2020 we plan to nearly double growth to 6,000 a month and share that growth with key partners."
