Some might argue that the critical issue of climate change has - finally - made its presence felt in the travel, tourism and hospitality industry.
The sector has an important role that it could (indeed, should) play, whether its accelerating the deployment of sustainable fuel and designs for commercial aircraft or, perhaps more simply, providing services that adhere to a more eco-friendly strategy.
So what tactics are companies starting to consider? And what new technology and processes can brands put in place to do their bit?
There are, of course, some unique challenges that the industry faces, compared to other sectors, but there are strategies that can have an immediate impact.
