The corporate travel industry is seeing huge fallout from COVID-19 in terms of travel freezes, bans to affected countries and potentially billions in lost revenue.

He says the virus is demonstrating the need for travel management companies by travelers and their employers, especially around duty of care.
McGarvey also talks about unmanaged spend in business travel and how data is providing a holistic view for TMCs and corporates to be able to influence behavior.
